I think the pedestal from OoT, ALttP, TP and WW are all the one and the same, the only one that seems different is the one from Skyward Sword, I think that in some way, the sword was moved to the same place where Zelda sleep in the crystal, if you see carefully that part, it fits perfectly with OoT.
