Oh, it's in there, but the Link that the player assumes the role of doesn't use it. It's only wielded by Hero's Shade (OoT Link).

We don't get to become the Hero's Shade/OoT Link, only meet him. If it wasn't confirmed that he was a Link, I wouldn't have added this to the set.

Unfortunately you can't.

I've included it as one of Link's swords because it was confirmed that the Hero's Shade was OoT Link.
